Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Sales Representative.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering or construction, combined with exceptional sales acumen and /or estimation . As a Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering client relationships, and promoting products and services within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the civil engineering and construction industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise and support to clients, offering innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company visibility.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in technical sales, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the civil engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed.
