Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Plumber / Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling a wide range of plumbing tasks independently or with a helper. The role involves servicing both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential and commercial settings.
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns professionally.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a plumber or service technician.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Valid plumbing license (if applicable).
  • Own tools and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
  • Experience working with a helper or managing a small team.
