This newly created position will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and is designed for a detail-oriented and proactive individual. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient financial operations, including high-volume invoicing and pricing management.
We’re seeking a quick learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and demonstrates strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Update and maintain pricing in the ERP system to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Address and resolve invoicing queries, including pricing discrepancies.
- Manage rebate and commission programs, including setup, accrual reconciliation, and payment processing.
- Prepare month-end journal entries and generate financial reports.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for pricing updates and billing transactions.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle a high volume of work.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills in managing queries and collaborating across teams.
