Sales Representative
Territory: Tennessee, Kentucky, Mississippi & Alabama
Berger is looking for a high-energy, result-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth across a strategic territory. In this role, you will promote and sell Berger’s industry-leading horticultural products to professional growers in both ornamental and fruits & vegetable markets.

JOB SUMMARY:
• Grow an opportunistic territory and position Berger products using your proven consultative selling skills.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain trusted relationships with key targeted accounts.
• Represent Berger as an engaged ambassador within industry associations and networks.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Advisors, etc.) to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain a proactive presence in the market by gathering and sharing customer insights and industry feedback.
• Manage customer needs through an established, results-driven sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in horticulture, agriculture, or equivalent relevant training/experience.
• Demonstrated sales success with a solid solution-selling approach.
• Knowledge or experience in CEA for leafy greens, fruits & herbs.
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Autonomous, motivated, and equally comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to travel regularly within the territory; valid driver’s license and passport required.
• Knowledgeable working in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
