Plant supervisor
We are looking for a Plant Supervisor for our Hadashville plant. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and leader with the ability to utilize resources to ensures efficient day to day operations.
JOB SUMMARY:
• Supervise and engage the team to ensure their commitment and collaboration;
• Supervise production and loading activities in compliance with the standards and objectives;
• Ensure the maintenance of rolling equipment and plant equipment;
• Analyze production costs and any gaps, and suggest corrective measures ;
• Participate in the annual operations planning by identifying priorities and evaluating cost and KPIs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
• You have experience managing a team and know how to be a strong leader;
• You have demonstrated experience solving production issues using lean manufacturing concepts;
• You possess a relevant technical degree or diploma;
• You are reliable and can work independently;
• You enjoy being hands-on with a strong presence on the production floor;
• You are a strong communicator;
• You are able to complete reports and follow KPIs;
• You have computer skills and know how to use the Windows and Microsoft Suite.
