We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Director / Business Development for a well-established financial services company in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), ON.

Responsibilities:
Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new broker partnerships while driving client acquisition and revenue growth.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term satisfaction and continued growth.
Market Expansion: Lead strategic initiatives to expand market presence across Ontario, including attending industry events and networking opportunities.
Sales Execution: Manage high-value opportunities, oversee onboarding of new partners, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.
Desired Skills:
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience required.
- 2+ years of external/field sales experience preferred.
- Experience within insurance or financial services is an asset.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and willingness to travel regularly (valid driverâs license required).
