We are looking for a Personal Lines Technical Support Representative to support a team of Account Managers to ensure smooth, accurate processing within the Personal Lines insurance department.

Responsibilities:

Process policy documents including letters, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
Prepare and update client files and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
Support Account Managers with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service
Ensure all processing is completed efficiently and in compliance with internal standards
Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or obtain required information

Requirements:

Experience with EPIC is mandatory
Previous experience in Personal Lines insurance processing or brokerage support
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in North York
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
