We are currently recruiting for a Private Client Account Manager on behalf of a boutique brokerage in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management & Servicing

- Handle Private Client accounts end-to-end

- Provide full claims support and client advocacy

- Attend meetings, prepare proposals, and manage communications

Course of Construction Business

- Manage projects from policy inception through completion

- Coordinate placement, updates, and coverage changes

Remarketing & Market Strategy

- Re-market Private Client policies to specialty and retail markets

- Assist with miscellaneous personal lines and small commercial proposals

Support to Principal Broker

- Help manage insurer relationships

- Contribute to market distribution analysis and strategy

Growth Responsibilities (No Prospecting Required)

- Quote and onboard new Private Client opportunities provided to you

- Potential future leadership or mentorship as the role expands

Desired Background:

- Experience in Private Client, High-Net-Worth, or Personal Lines insurance

- Strong servicing, communication, and client relationship skills

- RIBO licensed (Level 1 or above)

- Comfortable working independently within a smaller team

- Experience with claims, remarketing, or construction risks is an asset
