Service Provisioner: Day, Evening, and Overnight

Description:
The Service Provisioner primarily oversees assigned tasks and responsibilities required to successfully complete transition of business and residential customers to Socket's network. Responsibilities for this role are specialized in different areas and include analyzing, provisioning, testing and delivery of all voice and data services offered by Socket. The Service Provisioner works closely with the sales team and Service Delivery Coordinators to ensure the delivery due dates are met.

Requirements:
Individuals in this role will be detail oriented, possess strong analytical skills, be very proactive and responsive to customer requests, and have excellent communication and time management skills.
